Planet hollywood resort and casino cheap rooms

The hotel its self is modern and has a cool vibe. Stayed in a king room, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was clean and the price was right. Even though the sink leaked around the facet, my friend and I just put a towel there instead of having maintenance fix it. It was just an inconvenience more than anything. The show we attended was at Zappos theatre. It was worth every dollar for the convenient location. The Gwen Stefani show was phenomenal.

I will be booking additional rooms at Planet Hollywood when I attend her additional shows in Feb and March Our stay at Planet Hollywood was one for the ages and if I ever come back I'll definitely be staying here again. It has one of the best fitted out Casino's on the strip and great shopping for the lads and lady's on Miracle Mile.

Definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in Vegas for a good time. Excellent stay at Planet Hollywood, very nice clean rooms and comfy beds, the location is perfectly positioned in the middle of the strip. Staff very friendly and helpful.

P H Cheung restaurant very good. Very good location. Very well placed on the strip. We were sight seeing, not gambling or partying. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Staff was hepfull. The resort fees give you a bit of a shock when you check out. If i go back to las vegas i stay in a nice motel witout resort fees on the outskirt and drive to planet holiwood parking lot.

We booked this hotel for its modern room and we wanted the view of the Bellagio Fountains without the Bellagio price tag. Locations is excellent you have everything you need in the miracle mile shops too. The room was huge much bigger than I expected and the fountain view just made our trip we walked in to the fountains in action was just amazing.

Thanks Planet Hollywood! Service, on the other hand, could be better -- I've stayed at this hotel several times, and I honestly think the front desk people have no idea what "customer service" is. They're generally unhelpful and you always end up waiting a long time to get your room, but once you're set up you don't have to deal with them anymore I think the hotel would charge more per room if the service was better, so I guess that's something.

Anniversary Nightmare. My wife and I wanted to go someplace special for our 10 year anniversary. Of all the places we could have visited for this special occasion, we decided to getaway to Las Vegas. We wanted to stay someplace central and close to the action and Planet Hollywood was our choice.

We made arrangements for sitters to watch our three young children and purchased our flights. We even booked our reservations directly through the Planet Hollywood website. We received weekly confirmation reports from Planet Hollywood claiming they are excited to see us. This is when things got interesting. Three days before we get on the plane, we get a email from Hotel Paris. They wanted to thank us for booking a reservation with their hotel. It listed our credit card and all.

My wife started freaking out because she thought we were being scammed. She checked our accounts and made several phone calls to the hotel to clear up the situation. We were directed to some overseas call center where we had a difficult time communicating with their representatives.

They told us that they sent us emails explaining the situation. Of course, this was false. We did not receive any emails indicating our reservation with Planet Hollywood was canceled. The only emails we received were the ones with confirmation numbers from both properties. After several stressful phone calls and being directed to multiple call centers, we decided to go too forward with the reservation.

Instead, they insisted we made the mistake and that we should have read all the fine print. We made the best out of the situation and went anyway. Hotel Paris was really nice and we actually enjoyed the view from our room. However, we found out that the pools and Jacuzzi were closed during our entire stay.

I guess I should have read the fine print for that one but then I was disappointed to find out that our gym in the hotel closed at 4pm. That was horrible and once again, disappointing. Again, we remained positive about the situation and decided to go about and enjoy the strip. Then, we get a call that our room will be without any water for several hours.

No compensation or apologies. Overall, we were very disappointed with the customer service of Planet Hollywood, Hotel Paris, and Caesar Palace family. We feel they really dropped the ball on the situation. This was our once in a lifetime moment and our 10 year anniversary!!!

I know we are nobody special, however, this is real bad for business. It will make us think twice about heading back to Vegas in the future. We will share our story with our family and friends. We will tell them what happen to us and maybe they will go someplace different on the strip. If we ever return to Vegas, I will take my business to a property that cares. Date of stay: February Location. Room Tip: Do your research before you book with Planet Hollywood.

Our Butler Luis brought our princess a Balloon frog and after little bit of work from our room out we go! Tonight was the Mexican night we started at the brunch with Jose as our server which was amazing! Then we head to the show and we found our favorite waitress of the night Carmelita with Estefania! Every single person that help us in the last three days have being amazing!!!

My only complaint was the noise. You can hear everything in the hall and through the walls. You can hear the shows outside. The room was spacious. I would come back. Date of stay: February Trip type: Traveled with friends. Saic wrote a review Feb Extremely poor experience. I furthermore called Planet Hollywood a week in advance to confirm the reservation because I know that sometimes booking through third parties is erroneous and I did not want to deal with the wrong kind of room being booked for the money I paid.

I was assured everything is in order. We end up the property via an Uber ride from the airport, and there is NO ONE at the front desk with signs saying the property is shut down, and instructing guests to call a number. Once I call the number, I am told that the property is shut down and they have automatically moved our reservation to the Paris next door. No prior information was sent. When questioned, they say that the information was sent to Travelocity.

This is a SCAM because I refuse to believe that the two systems are so poorly integrated that customers cannot be informed of such a huge development in advance. I ask if they have a shuttle to take me to the Paris. They do not. I ask what kind of a room I would get at the Paris. They do not know. I am told that its just next door and we can walk over. Anyone who knows Vegas knows that 'Next Door' is a mile away and cannot be done with luggage.

So another Uber ride. Once we get to the Paris, there is a concerted effort to move people to the kiosks. I tell the person that I have a problem. She says, check-in first at the kiosk, and then I will help you. I do it. The kiosk churns out a room that I did not book, in a hotel that I did not book.

I have to stand in line to speak to the same person who pushed me to a kiosk. This person gets into a protracted argument with me that they are only 'accommodating' guests from planet hollywood and they are not really responsible, as if she is doing me a huge favor. I finally have to raise my voice and tell her that I know for a fact that they are all Caesars properties and she isnt doing me a favor, she is keeping an obligation. After a serious to-and-fro and two calls, I am given a room with a view - again not in a hotel I booked, and I am not sure if it is comparable to the one I paid for.

No efforts were made to remedy the expense, the trouble and the frustration of this whole ordeal. This is a bait-and-switch, and serious breach of trust. Review collected in partnership with Caesars Entertainment. Date of stay: February Value. Sleep Quality. I've stayed here before and it was an easy decision to return.

However, this last stay was horrible. The room wasn't cleaned, housekeeping came in announced, service was slow, etc. I won't be back to this location again. Situated among 34 acres of land, this story hotel and three-acre casino is ideally located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. It houses the 7, seat Theater of the Performing Arts which showcases famous performers like Justin Timberlake and Stomp. The six award-winning restaurants, including the Strip House, Koi, and Planet Dailies, make the hotel larger than life, and the trendy nightclubs make it a perfect place to eat and party. After a weekend of dancing and high stakes gambling, why not head to the world-class spa for a relaxing treatment session before you head back home.

Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose. Please check the individual room capacity for more details. All the staff and personnel at Planet Hollywood are very warm and accomodating. We were given the Mel Gibson room which gave us a spectacular view of Las Vegas, not to mention the soon to open very upscale Planet Hollywood West Gate. Upon check in we were given a lot of freebies and discounts to the casino, restaurants and the shopping mall right beside the hotel -- The Miracle Mile.

Over all it was a very pleasant stay at Planet Hollywood. Surely, when my wife and I would come back to Las Vegas we would love to come and stay again at Planet Hollywood. This was an awesome hotel. Planet Hollywood is centrally located on the Strip in Las Vegas. PH has an amazing mall, the Miracle Mile Shops. Several restaurants on the premises, ranging from fast food, to fine dining cuisine, and there were several restaurants that are open 24 hours for whenever you get hungry.

Lots of shows available, a great casino. Seriously this place can't be beat, I will be booking here again for every trip to Las Vegas from now on. I enjoyed every aspect of Planet Hollywood except for my checkout. We I arrived I payed extra for the view of the strip and also for a smoking room.

I had no problem with that because they were offered to me. That put a big damper on what was a great experience. There was no ifs' ands' or buts' about it I was "told" there is no choice I had to pay it. I will probably still recomend your Casino but for all that I paid and the 24 hours that I was in Vegas that just really pissed me off. I just paid it and left very angry. I will have to think again before I personally stay there. Even though I will recomend your Casino because everything else was great I will warn them about this "money stealing" fee.

I was passing through Vegas for a couple of days and elected to book Planet Hollywood last minute. Arriving at the hotel, I elected to self park which meant I had to trek clear around the shopping promenade and through the casino just to get to registration.

Not a huge issue, but if you have a considerable amount of luggage, I would advise you just valet. Despite my insistence that the fee was not disclosed and that I had no intention of using the services for which the fee was meant to cover phone, gym, and internet , I was assessed the fee anyways and told to take it up with the booking agency. Despite the additional fee, the rate that I received for the evening was actually quite reasonable and about half of what I am accustomed to paying for comparable hotels in Vegas though I noticed the price for the next night was significantly higher.

Apart from that, the rest of the stay was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. Had dinner at Burgr which is a Gordon Ramsey burger joint just off the casino floor. Arguably one of the best burgers I recall ever having. Planet Hollywood was fantastic.

I don't think I will ever stay anywhere other than here again if visiting Las Vegas. Our room on the 27th floor was a newly renovated room and it was pure luxury. It was spacious and had everything you would need including a full size bath tub. The hotel as located in a great position on the strip. Everything is in close walking distance.

The miracle mile shopping centre is also located within the hotel. Collect your coupon book from the information booth for great savings. The hotel also has some lovely restaurants within. The pool was amazing. My only regret is we didn't stay here long enough!

If you are looking for value for money than this is the hotel for you. This was our first time in Las Vegas and we're so pleased that we chose Planet Hollywood. Big rooms, big bathrooms and a wonderful party atmosphere for the young and young at heart.

Everything about the hotel oozes fun, fun, fun. Yes, we had a great time would certainly return again and again. Very happy with the room, which was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was beautiful with a separate bath and shower.

There was a fridge and a safe, but no coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great view of Las Vegas and its surroundings. Perfectly situated in the middle of the Strip and close to everything. Very much enjoyed staying at Planet Hollywood. I really enjoyed my stay at Planet Hollywood. From the prime location right in centre strip, I had a high room with awesome views of the strip, the Bellagio fountains, the Eiffel tower, and all the nightlife below.

There are so many great places to eat right below, and the Miracle Mile shopping mall attached to the hotel, with all the top brands and eateries you can hope for. The room was great, clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and most helpful at all times. Recommend you stay and enjoy the casino and all it has to offer. Planet Hollywood had a lot of potential. The interior of the hotel and the rooms really makes use of the hollywood theme. Real nice and very comfortable.

Bathtubs in each room, very nice. However, there were some recent changes that will make your decision not to book a room at this hotel. Namely, no nightclub or real place to hang out like a great lounge. The hotel's nightclub Prive' was recently shut down and the word is that it will not be re-opening anytime soon. The pool is now covered by shade for a good part of the day due to new casino across the street.

Pool was too small, with hardly any lounge chairs, disappointing. Long line at check-in, Check in area too small and not enough attendants. Parking is a real maze. There was alot of construction that made the matter worse. Worst of all is that the nightclub Prive was shut down by city officials and will not be reopening. A second lounge area was also closed. If you were planning to go to PH for the nightlife, forget it. You will have to go somewhere else. I was able to get a last minute deal at Planet Hollywood for the evening.

Having stayed there a couple times in the past, I opted for what I knew as opposed to trying something new. As before, the check in process went pretty smoothly. The room was clean and reasonably large, though the view was not spectacular. I've never tried room service simply due to the fact that you have some great restaurants in the general area. In the property itself are Koi and Burgr, two musts for anyone spending a couple of evenings. While there are better hotels on the strip, this one always seems to be reasonably priced and in my experience one of the best values in the area.

We had a fabulous stay with Planet Hollywood. We arrived and were upgraded to a bigger room that was very comfortable for us. The location of Planet Hollywood is its biggest draw card. If you are looking for a place which gives you full access to everything The Strip, then this is the place for affordable luxury accommodation.

Only real criticism is there is no in room bar fridge. Planet Hollywood really has one of the best locations on the strip. It is basically in the middle, which means walking to any of the other hotels, or catching the bus to the premium outlets won't take all day. The hotel its self is modern and has a cool vibe. Stayed in a king room, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was clean and the price was right. Even though the sink leaked around the facet, my friend and I just put a towel there instead of having maintenance fix it.

However, this last stay was horrible. The room wasn't cleaned, housekeeping came in announced, service was slow, etc. I won't be back to this location again. Upon arriving, I was impressed with the automated check-in process, but then I was assigned to a room with two queens.

When I secured the room, I specifically booked 1 King. I called the attendant over and she said that the rooms were not guaranteed, which is odd, because why offer the different type rooms if they aren't? Anyway, she ended up putting me in a King bed, so I was fine. When I arrived in the room, it was dark, and it took me about 5 minutes to realize that the lamps had to be turned on manually, at the base of the lamp. Of course, the lamp that was easily accessible had a broken switch, so I had to climb over the bed to turn on a light.

I want to say the room was relatively clean, but then as I showered, I noticed that the bathroom lamp was filled with dust bunnies. Not uncommon for a residence, but a hotel? Finally, the toilet must have had a leak, because it kept activating throughout my stay there. Overall, minor inconveniences that added up. When I arrived at the property they told me that my reservation only reserved a room, but did not guarantee the room I paid for.

I ended up getting a handicap, double queen room.
